"For some reason, the site feels harder to use than it should"
The website loads just fine, but for some reason finding what I need feels more confusing than it should. Some of the buttons aren’t super clear, and I ended up clicking around a lot more than I expected just to get to the right place

"Good quality, but not flawless"
I ordered a couple of things from thumbsup.com, and overall I was happy with them. The quality was better than I expected, and the items looked close to what was shown in the photos.
One of the pieces did have a small mark on it, which was a little annoying, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to bother sending it back. The packaging was fine too, though I wouldn’t say it was anything special.
I’m still glad I ordered, and I’d probably buy from them again. Just giving 4 stars because it was a good experience, but not quite perfect
"Support took forever to get back to me"
I had to wait days just to get a basic reply from support. It wasn’t even a complicated issue, so something about it felt frustrating and a bit disappointing.

"Delivery was smooth and easy"
My order showed up right on time, and the tracking was easy to follow the whole way. The whole process was simple and hassle-free, which I appreciated. One of the boxes had a small dent, but everything inside was totally fine.

"Payment worked, but of course I got stuck waiting"
The payment did go through eventually, so I guess that’s something. But it took longer than I expected, and for a while I couldn’t tell if it had worked or if I was just going to be left hanging. Maybe it’s just my luck, but these things always seem to take extra time when I’m trying to get something done. Not terrible, just wish it felt a bit smoother and less stressful.

"Always out of stock and no follow-up"
I tried to get what I needed, but pretty much nothing was available. What made it more frustrating was that nobody followed up or let me know when things might be back in stock. It just felt like I was left hanging.

"Not much to pick from lately"
I was just there recently, and the selection felt really limited. Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but based on that visit, there was barely anything to choose from and I couldn’t find what I needed at all.
"Shipping felt reasonable"
I ordered from thumbsup.com one time, and the shipping cost seemed fair enough. It wasn’t free, which I always notice right away at checkout, but the amount didn’t feel inflated or weird for the size of what I bought. The package showed up in decent shape too, no crushed corners or anything annoying like that. Overall, smooth experience, so I’d give it 4 stars.

The box arrived all smashed and the packaging was ripped and messy, like it had been tossed around a bit, if that makes sense.

I ordered a few things from Thumbs Up!, and when the package arrived, a bunch of it wasn’t even what I picked. Some of the sizes were off, and the colors were wrong too. This is where it got annoying — I reached out to support, and they took forever to reply. Even after that, they still didn’t really fix the issue properly. Frustrating experience overall...

"Bad timing for the price I paid"
I ordered this thinking it would be decent for the price, but I think I caught it at the wrong time. Maybe if I had waited for a sale or a price drop, I’d feel differently, but paying full price made it feel overpriced for what it was.
The item itself was okay, nothing totally awful, just not anything special either. For what I spent, I expected better quality or at least something that felt like it would last. I wouldn’t buy it again unless the price came way down.

I tried placing my order twice, but the page kept freezing and my cart disappeared both times, which was annoying. I guess the site looks decent and maybe it works fine when it’s not glitching, but my experience was definitely not smooth.

"Definitely one of the most unique shops I’ve found"
They’ve got some seriously cool and unusual stuff here, like absolutely not the same things you see everywhere else. I’m 100% sure I’ll be checking back again. My only complaint is that I wish the shipping had been faster, but the products themselves were worth it

I ordered a couple of bits from thumbsup.com for a birthday present, mostly just fun little things. The stuff was okay and works if you need a small funny gift, but I wouldn’t say the quality feels particularly special. Delivery did arrive, but the timing was a bit annoying because it felt like it cut things way too close for a birthday, which kind of took the fun out of it. Packaging was basic too. I’d maybe use them again for cheap joke gifts, but definitely not for anything important or time-sensitive.

"Refund has been such a hassle"
I asked for a refund after my order was cancelled, and it’s turned into way more of a headache than I expected. It’s been weeks of back and forth, and every time I check in they just say it’s still being looked into. I probably could’ve pushed harder from the start, but I’ve been busy with work and just assumed it would get sorted. Instead, I’ve had to keep chasing them every few days with no real answer. Frustrating and not worth the stress. I don’t see myself using Thumbs Up! again.

"Returning something was way too complicated"
I tried to return an item and kept thinking, why is this so complicated? It should’ve been a simple process, but getting a clear reply took forever and the instructions seemed to change each time. I had to follow up more than once, and it still felt like no one was actually reading what I wrote. After dealing with that, I don’t see myself using Thumbs Up! again.
